Review your “Vision Statement” from last meeting

Goal for today is to enter into a discussion that results in answers to the following:

1. MAJOR CURRENT ISSUES we must be aware of and address to move the vision forward.

2. OPPORTUNITIES AND RESOURCES we can harness to help create our vision.

3. OBSTACLES (restraining forces) that we need to address in order to move forward.

(Suggestion: Try using the “Force-Field” Exercise described on separate page)

If Time Permits: Begin discussion of Goals/Strategies/Action recommendations

5:40 pm to 6:00 pm

Groups come together for breakout summary reports
Discussion of Next Steps
