TASK FORCE MEETINGS

END RESULT

 

At the end of the Task Force Process each team will submit the following to the Facilitation Team:

1. A CONCISE VISION STATEMENT FOR EACH TASK FORCE AREA
What the Task Force hopes things will look like for its area of concern 3-5 years from now.

2. A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE MAJOR ISSUES AND OPPORTUNITIES
What major issues must we be aware of as we proceed toward solutions, and what positive opportunities are available?

3. A LIST OF RECOMMENDED GOALS , OBJECTIVES AND SUGGESTED STRATEGIES/ACTIONS
If we were to accomplish just a few major things in the next 3-5 years, what would those be and how do you suggest accomplishing those goals?
